At Shield, we value staff members who are not only provide an excellent service in their job role, but also go above and beyond to help those around them. We regularly receive calls and emails from clients sharing their own ‘above-and-beyond’ Shield officer story. Each story we receive is unique, as demonstrated by a recent experience which took place at a shopping centre where Shield Security provide the licensed, trained on-site security guards.
“The Security Manager rushed to our aid, summoned help and offered assistance with my wife’s jacket”
A member of the public wrote a letter to our client commending the Security Manager on site, after the visitor’s wife had unfortunately slipped in some vomit in the centre. Not only did the officer act promptly to help and support the couple, but he also assisted the woman involved in cleaning her jacket. The team as a whole were also commended for their ‘professional and caring manner’.
